Congratulations on your election as club officers. You are the people entrusted and accountable for managing your club’s funds properly and, as such, have a great deal of responsibility. The GSA will be able to help you with any questions, concerns or problems you might experience throughout the year. We are also interested in ensuring that clubs are able to make the most of their budgets and avoid fiscal problems.
In order to ensure that all club officers understand the system of requisitions, reimbursements, special funding requests, etc., the GSA Executive Committee has created some information that must be reviewed and acknowledged before you can access your club funds.
Review of this information is MANDATORY for all club Presidents and Treasurers and an acknowledgement that you have completed the review must be submitted to GSA by September 30th. Your other club officers and club members are welcome to review the information as well, but Presidents and Treasurers must take and pass the quiz below (with a grade of 80% or greater) in order to acknowledge that they have read the information. Confirmation of completion of the quiz with a passing grade must be on file for all club Presidents and Treasurers by the deadline. If you fail to complete the quiz by the September 30th deadline, your club’s budget will be frozen.

Officer Training Quiz– must receive an 80% or higher in order to pass. Confirmation of completion must be received by September 30th. Grades will be sent to you from UB.gsa.vp@gmail.com. Please check your email/junk folder.
Also please note that due to instances of cheating, all responses will be deleted following the release of grades. Please only submit ONE quiz. Duplicate submissions will be deleted. Those who’ve failed will be asked to retake the quiz. Failing the quiz more than two times in a row may require you to have a one-on-one meeting with the Vice President.
