Call for Volunteers: Pedagogy and Design Committee

Are you interested in pedagogy & design? Want to have your voice heard at UB? The UB Pedagogy & Design Committee is looking for student members. Email Tanja Aho (gsa-president@buffalo.edu) if you would like to serve!

This is a standing committee whose work contributes to the review and assessment of instructional facilities at the university, the recommendation of policies and processes for classroom utilization, and the development of a running three year plan for classroom renewal.

Core responsibilities of the the Pedagogy and Design Committee include recommending improvements to instructional facilities that integrate student learning with classroom design; identifying and recommending learning environments required to deliver all educational programs at UB; working with colleagues to develop physical design and online learning standards for learning environments; and developing renovation cost models for learning environments by space type and size.

This committee is the primary source of faculty and student input into the process.
