Dear UB Faculty, Students, and Staff–   This year, as in the past 5 years, the Foundation Fighting Blindness (FFB) is holding its annual Western NY VISIONWALK, to raise money for eye research aimed at finding cures, treatments, and preventions for blinding eye diseases.

The 6^th Annual WESTERN NY VisionWalk event will take place on SATURDAY, MAY 20, 2016, starting at 9:00am, in downtown Buffalo at CANALSIDE- Great Lawn (see flyer, attached)

PLEASE JOIN US and HELP US GET THE WORD OUT.

This is a great opportunity to perform local community service, and for a very good cause.  Last year, we were fortunate to have several UB students, faculty, and staff participate.

If you would like to affiliate with a team, I’d welcome you to join me and my faculty colleagues from the Department of Ophthalmology.
