Speaker: Julie Wieczkowski, Ph.D.,  a professor at Buffalo State. Her talk is titled “Community-based conservation in Tana River, Kenya” and she will specifically be talking about workshops she held in Tana River that were aimed at understanding the pressures local people were putting on the forest habitat of the endangered Tana River
mangabeys and red colobus monkeys.
