3MT How to Enter

• Do you want to learn how to talk about your research in a succinct and compelling way?
• Are you interested in entering the 3 Minute Thesis Competition and are not sure where to start?
• Do you want to learn about how you can win $1,000 for talking about your dissertation research?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, this session is for you! Here, you will learn tips and tricks for talking about your research to audiences outside your field, as well as detailed information about the UB 3MT Competition that rewards students for their ability to communicate their dissertation research.  Come learn what it is all about!  All graduate students are welcome to participate in this session regardless of eligibility or intent to enter the competition.
