I’m Parul Suri, the Director of Outreach for NAGPS. NAGPS will be hosting Immigration Services Workshop on Sept 30 at 7pm EST. This event is open for all graduate-professional students for FREE! An immigration attorney will be present.

When NAGPS promotes this event on social media in the coming weeks, would y’all consider sharing the event information to your grad students and possibly through the Department Representatives, too. NAGPS will post the event information on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, so if you’re up for resharing, the info will be on our social media accounts leading up to the event.

International students deal with a lot of anxiety about immigration policies and legal services can be costly. Some of your international grad students may have questions about immigration laws but do not know where to turn, and this could be a good neutral territory to get the insight they need.
