  • December/January Group Funding Applications Deadline

    Application materials are due for Special Activities, Interdepartmental Activities, Symposium, Community Outreach and Scholarly Publication funding for events occurring after the December Board of Directors meeting. All application materials due by the close of business at 4:30pm. PLEASE NOTE:  This is the final deadline for all Scholarly Publication funding requests for the 2026-2027 academic year.

  • Finance Committee Meeting

    Finance Committee meeting to review group funding requests for events to take place in December or later. **The November meeting will be held on Tuesday instead of Wednesday due to Thanksgiving Recess,**

  • GSA Closed

    GSA will be closed for Thanksgiving Break.

  • Winter Break Paperwork Deadline

  • GSA Closed for Winter Recess

    The GSA will be closed for Winter Recess from Tuesday, December 8th until Monday, January 4th. The office will be open for Summer Hours (Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 4:00pm) from January 4th – 19th. Regular business hours will resume with the start of classes on January 20th.
