Application materials are due for Special Activities, Interdepartmental Activities, Symposium and Community Outreach funding for events occurring after the February Senate meeting. All application materials due in the GSA office by the close of business.

The GSA office will be open for Summer Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 4:00pm, closed on Friday, January 26th.

All paperwork for pre-encumbered Fall expenditures (August – December) are due by this date, or the requests will be voided as of February 16, 2018!

All applications for Conference Funding for conferences during the month of March are due in the GSA office (310 Student Union) by the close of business.

The GSA South Campus Office will be closed on Tuesday, February 20th.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Applications for a waiver of any applicable Spring semester student activity fees ($64) are due in the GSA office (310 Student Union) by close of business.
