Free All Levels Yoga

February 12 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Yoga is for anybody and for all bodies – join for a free 50 minute practice designed to help stretch, strengthen, and relieve stress. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat if you have one. All participants must review the GSA Safety Acknowledgement and Liability Disclaimer before attending.  Please refer any questions to sagreenw@buffalo.edu and feel free to send requests for class.
