*Applications must be signed. Please print out the completed application, sign and date the document, or electronically sign and then submit them to the GSA office by emailing them to gsa-feedback@buffalo.edu.
DEADLINES FOR FEE WAIVER APPLICATIONS:
Fall 2025 Waivers: October 1, 2025 ($85 per semester)
Spring 2026 Waivers: March 2, 2026 ($85 per semester)
Summer 2026 Waivers: July 15, 2026 ($5 per session, not to exceed $10)
