Food

The University at Buffalo provided 6 meals to all conference attendees, starting with hors d’oeuvres on the evening of Wednesday, June 22nd. On the first day of the conference, Thursday, June 23rd, breakfast, lunch, and dinner were provided; dinner was at the Aloft Hotel (see address above). On the last day of the conference, only breakfast and lunch were provided.

Participants who were not interested in or required meals in addition to those provided above were encouraged to try out some local Buffalo cuisine. Although Buffalo wings put our city on the culinary map, Buffalo has so much more to offer. To learn more, visit the Buffalo Niagara tourism website to find out more about places to get good dinners, good desserts, and, of course, good wings in Buffalo.
