Research Interests
Overall interest in cognitive neuroscience and event-related brain potentials. Specific areas include: 1) electrophysiological, neuropsychological, and neurobiological aspects of attention and executive function in Post-traumatic Stress Disorder; 2) electrophysiological, neuropsychological, and biological markers of working memory/processing speed deficits in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus and Multiple Sclerosis; 3) the relationships among cognitive function, psychological function, and quality of life in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus and Multiple Sclerosis; and 4) neuropsychological and electrophysiological correlates of sex-differences in spatial and verbal abilities in children and adults.
