Are you interested in learning more about supervising OT fieldwork students?  If you have experience supervising OT fieldwork students, would you like to share your knowledge with OTs new to fieldwork supervision?

If so, one of the ways we would like to give back to our community of OT practitioners is to offer a free mentorship program which will pair experienced OT fieldwork supervisors with practitioners who are new to the fieldwork supervisor process.  We hope this will provide opportunities to learn from each other while helping to train our future occupational therapists.

This program will involve mentorship meetings between mentors with OT fieldwork student supervision experience and mentees who are new to student supervision.  Mentorship meetings can be virtual or in person, based on the mentor and mentee preferences.  The time commitment for this mentorship process can also be determined by the mentor/mentee pair.

To get started, we ask that you complete the short online questionnaire using the link below.  This will help us to match mentors and mentees who have similar goals and fieldwork supervision experiences.
