Dr. Wang gave a keynote presentation at GAELDH

The Global Alliance of Educational Leaders and Department Heads (GAELDH) is co-convened by The Education University of Hong Kong and Central China Normal University. 

Its inaugural conference was held in Hong Kong on November 28-29, 2024. Over 200 education research leaders from Australia, Argentina, China, Indonesia,  New Zealand, South Africa, and the U.S. attended. The conference theme is “Digitalization and AI-Empowerment of Child Education: Changes, Challenges, and Chances. “

Dr. Wang gave an opening keynote presentation and it was well received. Many attendees expressed interests in exploring collaboration with our lab’s projects. 

Dr. Wang’s presentation is entitled “A Theoretical Patchwork of Metaphors for AI Literacy for Young Children: Insights from a Delphi Study.” She also introduced the National AI Institute for Exceptional Education and the national Center for Early Literacy and Responsible AI.
