Planning a visit? Here's some useful information.

Hayes Hall is located a short walk from the NFTA University Station. We encourage all of our visitors to take the NFTA Metro or Bus to travel to and from campus when possible.

From the East (Rochester, Albany, New York City)

Take I-90 West (toll road) to Exit 50 for I-290 West. Just beyond the tolls, take Exit 50. Then, quickly take Exit 7A, Main Street West (Route 5 West). Proceed about 3 miles. At Bailey Avenue (U.S. Route 62), you will see the campus on the left. At the third traffic light past Bailey Avenue, turn left at Main Circle, and immediately keep right to avoid entering the bus stop. At the first stop sign, turn right. Hayes Hall is the large building with a clock tower on the left.

From the Buffalo Niagara Airport

Exit the airport following the signs leading to Route 33 West toward Buffalo. Exit right on I-90 East. Stay right to take Exit 50 for I-290 West. Then, quickly take Exit 7A, Main Street (Route 5 West). Proceed about 3 miles. At Bailey Avenue (U.S. Route 62), you will see the campus on the left. From the West (Cleveland, Erie, Chicago)

Take I-90 East through Pennsylvania to New York. Continue on I-90 East (toll road) in New York. Take Exit 50 for I-290 West. Then, quickly take Exit 7A, Main Street (Route 5 West). From the South (Pittsburgh)

Take I-79 North. Take Exit 178A for I-90 East to New York. Take I-90 East to New York. Continue on I-90 East (toll road) in New York. Take Exit 50 for I-290 West. From the North (Canada)

Take the QEW South. Follow signs for Fort Erie/Buffalo U.S.A. Continue onto the Peace Bridge. After passing through border control, turn right on I-190 North. Take Exit 11 for Route 198 East. Take Exit for Main Street (Route 5). Turn left onto Main Street (Route 5 East). After about 3 km, turn right onto Winspear Ave. At the first traffic light, turn left into the campus. Once inside the campus, turn left at the T-intersection. Follow the road around some tight curves. Hayes Hall is the large building with a clock tower on the right.

Parking is available in both the Townsend and Parker parking lots near Hayes Hall. You can access these parking lots from Hayes Road on campus. You will need a parking permit to park in these lots. Please call 716-829-5921 to make arrangements for a parking permit. Accessible parking is available in a small lot next to Hayes Hall. A passenger drop-off area is centered directly in-front of Hayes Hall.
