Erin joined CIRCL believing that collaborative, partnership-based approaches are the most promising avenues for improving and deepening learning opportunities.  Research efforts, community-building and educational transformation emerge when we genuinely hear and strive to learn about each other and when we prioritize mutuality and interdependence in work that involves universities, schools and communities.
