The Linking Leaders Conference is a yearly event that brings together student organizations, employers, alumni and students of color to UB’s campus for a day. The goal is to create a dialogue centered around inclusivity in the workplace and create a community of support and encouragement for young minority professionals that are historically underrepresented in areas of industry like business, engineering, and medicine. The Linking Leaders Conference hopes to foster an inclusive environment centered around career development where students feel motivated and prepared to enter the 21st century workplace.

The UB School of Management is a proud sponsor of this event. The Linking Leaders Conference is brought to you by three School of Management students – Danielle Vasquez (MPH/MBA ’19) , Evelyn Quist (MD/MBA ’19) and Genesis Sabino (BS ’19).
