Park is a <\/strong>Professor of Psychology at the University at Buffalo.\u00a0 Her research focuses on questions pertaining to the self, motivation, interpersonal processes, and well-being.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">Her work has appeared in outlets such as the <em>Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, <\/em><em>Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin,<\/em> <em>Psychological Bulletin, and Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences,<\/em> and has been funded by the National Science Foundation.\u00a0 She is a Fellow of the Association for Psychological Science, Society of Experimental Social Psychology, Society for Personality and Social Psychology, and is a member of the Executive Committee of the International Society for Self and Identity and Society of Experimental Social Psychology (Past-president in 2024).<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">She has been an Associate Editor at\u00a0<em>Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin<\/em><em>,\u00a0<\/em>is currently a Co-Editor at <em>Social Psychological and Personality Science<\/em>, and has served on the editorial boards of\u00a0<em>Perspectives on Psychological Science, <\/em><em style=\"color: revert;font-size: revert;font-weight: revert\">JPSP, PSPB, SPPS, Self and\u00a0<\/em><em style=\"color: revert;font-size: revert;font-weight: revert\">Identity,<\/em><span style=\"color: revert;font-size: revert;font-weight: revert\"> and <\/span><em style=\"color: revert;font-size: revert;font-weight: revert\">Personal Relationships.\u00a0<\/em><span style=\"color: revert;font-size: revert;font-weight: revert\">She received her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Washington and Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Michigan.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, power yoga, snowboarding, hiking, playing piano, listening to music, reading, and singing in the <a href=\"https:\/\/bpchorus.org\/about\/in-the-media\/article:the-buffalo-philharmonic-chorus-wins-its-first-grammy\/\">Grammy award-winning<\/a>
