Joame is a first year MA student in Psychology at UB. She received her BA in Psychology and Sociology from UB in May 2023. She has been a research assistant in the Behavior Risk Lab for 3 years. During her senior year of undergrad, Joame completed her Honors Thesis with Dr. Parks. Currently, she is working on her MA project, which aims to evaluate differences in bystander intervention in instances of sexual victimization based on the race of the bystander (Black and White Men) and the race of the victim (Black and White Women)

Ally is a second year MA student in Psychology at UB. She received her BS in Psychology from UB. Ally has been a research technician in the behavioral risk lab for two years. Ally will be graduating with her MA in May, 2024.
