(Mark distance from ear to eyebrow.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>4. Middle Frontal. O<\/em>ver centre of forehead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.&nbsp;<em>Upper Frontal. O<\/em>ver frontal eminences. (Mark distance to frontal eminences.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.&nbsp;<em>Posterior Frontal. A<\/em>cross anterior border line of hair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.&nbsp;<em>Anterior Parietal. V<\/em>ertically across head.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.&nbsp;<em>Posterior Parietal. A<\/em>cross parietal eminences. (Mark distance to parietal eminence.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9.&nbsp;<em>Occipital.
