Laura Lee was the creator of Developmental Sentence Analysis approaches to language measurement. The scoring included measures of levels of language performance for children at the pre-sentence stage (Developmental Sentence Types) and after they were able to form basic sentences (Developmental Sentence Scoring). She and Susan Mulhern developed a therapy approach, called Interactive Language Development Teaching, for enhancing sentence structure through story telling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
