In 1922, he established at the Prague Otologic Clinic an outpatient department for diseases of speech and voice and impaired hearing. In 1947, Seeman, along with his colleagues Richard Luchsinger and Jean Tarneaud founded the journal Folia Phoniatrica, the official organ of the International Association of Logopedics and Phoniatrics.
