And\u00a0<em>Newsweek<\/em>\u00a0chose him for the &#8220;Top 10 New Thought Leaders of the Decade.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>His first two books, both\u00a0<em>New York Times<\/em>\u00a0#1 best sellers, were\u00a0<em>The Tipping Point<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>Blink.<\/em>\u00a0With his first book Malcolm embedded the concept of &#8220;The Tipping Point&#8221; in our every-day vocabulary and gave organizations new tools for understanding how trends work.
