The GSA 2022-2023 fiscal year ends on July 31, 2023.\u00a0 Clubs must requisition their remaining funds by Thursday, June 1, 2023<\/u>.\u00a0 Any money which your club plans to spend on or before July 15th<\/sup> must be requisitioned by June 1st<\/sup> or these funds will be lost to you!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Requisition funds by filling out the online Requisition Request form<\/a> and emailing in a copy of the club minutes where these funds have been pre-approved by the club no later than close of business on that deadline date.\u00a0 Please note that all funds you plan to requisition must have been approved at an open club meeting that took place BEFORE the June 1st<\/sup> deadline.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Please make sure the following information is listed accurately\u00a0 on the requisition request form:<\/p>\n

    1. The name and address of the person or organization to whom the check will be payable.<\/li>\n
    2. A detailed description of what the expenditure is for (include what, when, and where) and the estimated amount.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Submit the requisition (online) and the club minutes (by email) to the GSA by June 1st<\/sup> before close of business at 4:00pm<\/strong>.\u00a0 This will be sent to our accounting office, FSA, which issues an official, dated, numbered PO.<\/p>\n

      Please keep in mind that events must be held and\/or purchases made and received on or before July 15th<\/sup><\/u><\/strong> so that payments\/reimbursements can be processed before the end of the fiscal year on July 31st<\/sup>.\u00a0 August 1st<\/sup> starts the new fiscal\/budget year. \u00a0Any event held or goods received on or after July 15th<\/sup> will be charged to the 2023-2024 club budget.<\/p>\n

      Once funds have been requisitioned, clubs will have until Monday, July 24, 2022 to turn all supporting documentation for payment or reimbursement (i.e. original itemized receipt(s)\/invoice(s), proof of payment, advertisement(s), and to sign the receiving report section of the PO). At this time the PO will be processed; the check sent out.<\/p>\n

      NOTE: All money must be spent and all items must be received by July 15, 2023!<\/p>\n
