Club room assignments are given by the Student Unions.\u00a0 Room assignments are allocated for officially recognized organizations only.\u00a0 The term of use is <strong>June 18, 2019 &#8211; May 15, 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We will evaluate the organization\u2019s application based on the criteria set below. The application is due<strong> March 15, 2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<strong><u>Criteria<\/u><\/strong><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Student Unions will consider the following:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Organization is recognized by the university, via UBLinked<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>If your group is not currently registered, email Jude Butch, Senior Associate Director for Student Engagement, at <a href=\"mailto:jcbutch@buffalo.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">jcbutch@buffalo.edu<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Abides by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buffalo.edu\/studentlife\/who-we-are\/departments\/student-unions\/guidelines-and-policies.html\">Guidelines<\/a> and Polices of the Student Union<\/li>\n<li>Nature and size of your organization<\/li>\n<li>Previous use of space<\/li>\n<li>Only permanent clubs may apply.\u00a0 Clubs with temporary status are not eligible to apply for space<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>As stated in the Student Unions Club room Guidelines Agreement, space allocated to a given organization shall be subject to termination or modification.\u00a0 The Club room Guidelines Agreement is available in the Student Unions Office.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a reminder that all Club room applications will be available on UBLinked starting\u00a0on Friday, February 1, 2019.
