Register for a Grant Writing Workshop<\/a><\/p>\n The National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship Program (NSF GRFP) recognizes and supports outstanding graduate students in NSF-supported STEM disciplines who are pursuing research-based master’s and doctoral degrees at accredited U.S. institutions. The five-year fellowship includes three years of financial support including an annual stipend of $34,000 and a cost of education allowance of $12,000 to the institution. This award is only open to U.S. citizens or permanent residents in a GRFP-supported field.<\/p>\n Virtual workshops will take place August 15, 16, 17 and 18 from 3-4:30 p.m.<\/p>\n Register for the NSF GRFP Workshop Series<\/a><\/p>\n Imagine PhD is a free online career exploration and planning tool for\u00a0PhD\u00a0students and postdoctoral scholars in the humanities and social sciences (though master\u2019s and PhDs in all disciplines will find it useful). This platform is designed to allow users to assess their career-related interests, explore career paths appropriate to their disciplines, create self-defined goals and map out next steps for career success.<\/p>\n For more information visit the Imagine PhD website<\/a><\/p>\n My IDP is a free, web-based career-planning tool that was created to help graduate students and postdocs in the sciences define and pursue their career goals. This platform provides exercises to help you examine your interests, a\u00a0list of 20 scientific career paths with a prediction of which ones best fit your skills, a\u00a0tool for setting strategic goals for the coming year, and articles and resources to guide you through the process.<\/p>\n For more information visit the My IDP website<\/a><\/p>\n In this three-part virtual workshop series you will learn more about the\u00a0Fulbright Student Grant for Graduate Study<\/a>, country selection, affiliates and how to develop a strong proposal.
