Let us know: join our virtual input sessions on September 27th or October 3rd. \nYour input will help us build and deliver better technology for students like you\, trying to learn in-person\, online or anywhere between. We hope you’ll help us make the student experience better at UB. \nAll sessions are held virtually on Zoom. The first session is on Wednesday\, September 27 from 12-1 p.m. The second session is on Tuesday\, October 3 from 3-4 p.m. \nStudents who sign up for a virtual input session will be automatically be entered for a chance to win a brand new Lenovo Legion gaming keyboard ($109.99 value). \nSign up for a UBIT Student Input Session\n\n\n\n\nUBIT and University Libraries rely on student feedback to guide how we invest in technology and resources for students. In the past\, students have told us how we can improve the Wi-Fi\, offer better tech support and communication about new and changing technology at UB. \nA student input session yielded the idea for Tech Squad\, a student-focused tech support team that meets busy students anywhere on campus. \nIn the past\, students have also provided feedback that led to ultrawide monitors for your laptop in Silverman\, a major upgrade of campus Wi-Fi and more. \nUBIT also reaches out to students for input through its annual Student Experience Survey\, regular meetings with student clubs and leadership\, and other events.

Following an impressive 40-game winning streak\, she became the most successful woman ever to compete on “Jeopardy!” She is second all-time in the show’s history\, trailing only Ken Jennings\, and the 11th highest-earning contestant of all time across all American game shows. Schneider is also the first openly transgender contestant to qualify for the Tournament of Champions. \nSchneider’s upcoming book\, “In the Form of a Question\,” serves as an inspirational memoir and an exploration of what it means to ask questions of the world and of yourself. \nHaving been raised in a Catholic family\, Schneider suppressed her gender identity well into adulthood. She has since stressed the importance of trans representation and shifting the focus from their suffering to their accomplishments. Since her transition in 2017\, she has made a point to say yes to new experiences\, from trying stand-up comedy to piercing her nose. \nThe Ohio native earned a spot in the show’s Hall of Fame and won the Tournament of Champions after competing against some of her all-time favorite contestants.
