SUMMARY:March Board of Directors Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The March 2nd Board of Directors meeting will be held online via Zoom starting at 6:30pm. GSA Board of Directors meetings are open to the public\, but only designated representatives from Departmental and International clubs may vote. Sign-in begins at 6:00pm so that the meeting can begin promptly at 6:30pm. \nPLEASE NOTE: Every club will need to email Stephanie at slfrank@buffalo.edu no later than 12:00pm on Wednesday\, March 2nd with who will be attending the meeting on the club’s behalf so that eligible representatives can be verified in advance.  Once representatives are verified they will be sent the Zoom meeting link and password directly\, along with some instructions on how the meeting will be managed\, in order to be able to participate and vote.  Only previously verified representatives will be admitted to participate in the Zoom meeting. \nFor attendance purposes each Special Interest Club may have one representative participate directly in the Zoom meeting\, but they will not have voting privileges. \nThe meeting will also be live streamed via GSA’s Facebook Page for anyone else that is interested in attending/watching the meeting without voting privileges\, as meetings are open to the public.

DESCRIPTION:GSA will have passes for the Buffalo Museum of Science’s Antarctic Dinosaurs exhibit on sale for $5 each starting on March 14th at the UB Ticket Office (online or in 221 Student Union).  2 per UB ID.  Limited quantity available. First come\, first served. \nPasses include admission to the museum and to the special exhibition\, however students must book their entrance time with the Buffalo Science Museum directly. \n\nTickets have designated entry times with the last time slot an hour and fifteen minutes before close.\nOnce entered\, you may stay in the exhibition for as long as you’d like\, or until the Museum closes\, whichever comes first.\n\n*PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PICK UP YOUR PHYSICAL VOUCHER FROM THE UB TICKET OFFICE IN 221 STUDENT UNION.  THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE VENDOR.
