DESCRIPTION:Last session of monthly book discussion series on “Contemporary Islamic Studies” will be held on next Wednesday\, May\, 6th in Student Union 330\, between 1 – 2 PM.\nThis month’s discussion on Dr. William Chittick’s “Sufism – A Beginner’s Guide” book will be led by Dr. Yunus Kumek\, from SUNY\, Buffalo State College. You can reach a pdf copy of excerpts from the book online through this link: Chittick-Sufism Book \nAttendance to the events are free of charge as always. Following 30 minutes discussion there will be a Q&A session and then chicken pizza and drinks will be served in a luncheon setting.
