DESCRIPTION:Dear Friends\, \nIntercultural Understanding Club of UB GSA is organizing a series of four book discussion events\, every first Wednesday of the month\, in lunch time at the Student Union. \nDiscussions will be led by local academicians on four contemporary selections from bestselling Islamic studies books authored by American scholars. \nFirst discussion will be on February 4th\, at 1PM in SU 330. This discussion will be a meet-the-author event with Dr. Zeki Saritoprak of John Carroll University on his recently published book from University of Florida Press: “Islam’s Jesus”. \nDr. Saritoprak\, holding Nursi Chair in John Carroll\, is known with his expertise and efforts on Interfaith dialog studies. \nAttendance to the events will be free of charge\, and some appetizers will be served in a luncheon setting.
