SUMMARY:Emergency Board of Directors Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The GSA President has called an Emergency GSA Board of Directors meeting to be held online via Zoom on Friday\, April 17th at 6:30pm.  There is only one item of business that will be addressed during this meeting.  The GSA has been encouraged by our financial advisors to apply for a Payroll Protection Program loan and we will need the GSA Board of Directors to approve the loan application in order for the request to be filed with our financial institution. \nPLEASE NOTE: Every club will need to email Stephanie at slfrank@buffalo.edu no later than 12:00pm on Thursday\, April 16th with who will be attending the meeting on the club’s behalf so that representatives can be verified in advance.  Once representatives are verified they will be sent the Zoom meeting link and password directly\, along with some instructions on how the meeting will be managed\, in order to be able to participate and vote.  The meeting will also be live streamed via YouTube for anyone else that is interested in attending/watching the meeting without voting privileges.  Please note that for attendance purposes each Special Interest Club may have one representative participate directly in the Zoom meeting\, but they will not have voting privileges.
