This will\u00a0 help you gain confidence as you learn the new portions of a job. The second level is when you believe in yourself and you&#8217;ve reached the third level when you <a href=\"http:\/\/ubwp.buffalo.edu\/executive-professional-mba\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2012\/10\/selfconfidence.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-135\" title=\"Believe yourself\" src=\"http:\/\/ubwp.buffalo.edu\/executive-professional-mba\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2012\/10\/selfconfidence.jpg?w=300\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"198\" \/><\/a>show others you are self-assured. The highest level of Self-Confidence is <strong>presence<\/strong>.\u00a0 Presence is\u00a0far more than how you speak and the body language you use.\u00a0 It is also about the earned respect that you have gathered.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You have Self-Confidence if<\/strong> you can get beyond failure or rejection and still be productive.\u00a0 You also have Self-Confidence if you can confront problems head on and not back down until you have found the best solution.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>You may want to improve your Self-Confidence if<\/strong> you only act when you feel safe or you avoid challenges, even when they are necessary.\u00a0 You should develop more Self-Confidence if you aren&#8217;t able to demand being treated with respect, or if you find that people\u00a0frequently interrupt you or talk over you in meetings.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The most effective way to develop Self-Confidence is<\/strong> to first understand which level of confidence you lack.\u00a0 If you lack the job skills, then <strong>reach out to an expert<\/strong> for help with those portions of the job that you aren&#8217;t confident about.\u00a0 If you are concerned about being rejected, focus on the many <strong>strengths<\/strong> that you bring to the situation while you seek more experience.
