The Principal Investigators are Dr. Roger Vilardaga (Wake Forest) and Dr. Rebecca Ashare (UB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal of the project is to test whether a smoking cessation app developed specifically for people with HIV improves quit rates compared to a standard smoking cessation app. Both conditions will receive smoking cessation medication (i.e., Nicotine Patches and Gum).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quitting smoking has important health benefits for people with HIV many of whom are daily smokers.
