Colleen Kilanowski

Colleen received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the UB. She has worked at UB as a project coordinator with the Pediatrics Department for the 20 plus years and recently joined the Psychology Department. Colleen has lab, clinical and multi-site research experience in the area of behavioral modification for pediatric obesity, relative reinforcement, mental health, nutrition and physical activity with over 20 publications. She also worked in research of neurological diseases and looks forward to expanding her research experiences in smoking cessation, cancer, and pain management with the ENABLE lab. Colleen enjoys life with her family (husband, son, two daughters and two Weimaraner’s) and friends. She is active in Girls on the Run and the LEAD it go project. She loves exercising, cleaning, traveling, house projects and learning new things.
