The research team is interested in learning more about the impact of nature (for example, temperature, air pollution, and access to greenspaces such as public parks) on mental health.\n\nAfter completing a screening survey, eligible participants will attend a 30-minute in-person visit to either the UB North Campus (on Maple Avenue in Williamsville) or South Campus (at Main Street and Bailey Avenue). During this visit they will learn how to use a small environmental sensor that will be worn\/carried daily and will download\/install two smart phone apps.\n\nFor the next 30 days, participants will carry\/wear the sensor and complete a short survey about their feelings throughout the day. They will also complete a daily diary about their mood, thoughts, mental health symptoms, exercise habits, and sleep patterns.
