Its mission is to represent the interests of all members and to provide various services to all members. CSSA sponsors a number of activities each year and develops friendly relationships with other organizations. CSSA also conveys solicitude from the homeland to all members with the support of Consulate-General of the People\u2019s Republic of China in New York.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element  vc_custom_1556756280614\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">CSSA was established in the early 1980\u2019s when a rapidly increasing amount of Chinese students and scholars pursued their studies abroad under the open policy of Chinese government. Its executive board is established through annual elections by all members. President is the key representative of the organization.
