Arpan Dharia, MD
Arpan Dharia, MD is Director of Liver Services at the University at Buffalo. Dr. Dharia’s scope of clinical and research interests include infectious diseases, gastroenterology, and hepatology. These fields have directed his focus to HCV treatment access for underserved populations. Dr. Dharia aims to collaborate with academic and non-academic institutions to raise awareness of HCV screening and treatment. Dr. Dharia seeks to provide education to clinical and non-clinical staff to promote HCV eradication and elimination. Additionally, Dr. Dharia aims to identify challenges to HCV treatment access, and develop innovative interventions to expand and deliver healthcare to underserved populations worldwide.
