Architecture\u2019s Core in the Post-Digital Era<\/b><br \/>March 28-30, 2019\u00a0 |\u00a0 Pittsburgh, PA<\/p><p>Mark Shepard presented a paper &#8220;On the Data Blas\u00e9, Statistical Imaginaries, and the Cashier-less Bodega&#8221; as part of the <em>Delirious<\/em> Data panel, moderated by McLain Clutter, associate professor and chair of the architecture program at the University of Michigan\u2019s Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning. The panel brought together papers and projects that articulate alternative trajectories for data in architecture and urbanism \u2013 novel approaches to our present data-density that might reformat present disciplinary discourse. The session was less interested in how to make architecture with algorithms than in how to make architecture in a contexts where algorithms make everything.<\/p><p>Visit the <a
