Located on Main Street, Burger Authority stands out with its good quality and diverse burger menu. As a UB student, the proximity to South Campus makes it a convenient choice. My first taste of a Buffalo burger was here, and the experience exceeded expectations with unique toppings and flavorful sauces.
India Gate
With locations on Hertel Avenue and Elmwood Avenue, India Gate is a cozy Indian restaurant that offers a delightful selection of curry dishes with rice and naan. The warm ambiance makes it a perfect spot for small group gatherings.

Bio: Fahmida was born and grew up in Bangladesh. She completed her bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentrations in accounting, finance and marketing. Since her undergraduate program, she was determined to pursue a career in marketing. She began her career in the marketing department of a consulting firm in Bangladesh. She worked in the field for six years, during which she led the overall marketing operations and marketing team for the company. She joined UB to pursue an MBA to propel herself to the next level professionally and personally.
