I. Introduce Your Client

  • Present your client’s current website
  • Who is the client
  • What is their mission, values, etc…
  • Where are they located
  • How are they operated (private, public volunteer, etc…)
  • Who are the typical visitors to their website?

II. Current Site Analysis

  • Overview of current site — how well does it serve your client’s mission and present their values?
  • How did you approach your revision?
    • Persona development
    • IA reorganization (site map)
    • Visual solutions

III. New Site Presentation

  • Present your organizational and visual solutions
  • Demonstrate major site features
  • Explain how the redesign better serves your client and their audience

IV. Class Discussion

  • Open discussion of observations of what aspects of the redesign work well, or where improvements could be made
