The Center on Rehabilitation Synergy (CRS) is a multifaceted organization, located at the State University of New York at Buffalo and housed within the Graduate School of Education’s Department of Counseling and Educational Psychology.
The Center on Rehabilitation Synergy aims to serve:

- Family Members
- Employers Requesting Assistance
Our areas of expertise and services range from Transitioning from School to Careers, Supported Employment, Specialized Counseling Techniques and Staff Development, to a graduate degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.
Within this center is
- The Vocational Rehabilitation – Training, Education, and Development (VR-TED) funded by the New York State Education Department/Adult Career and Continuing Education Services-Vocational Rehabilitation (ACCES-VR).
Directed by Dr. David Burganowski, the center and the project is designed to build the capacity of rehabilitation professionals through an integrated series of educational services. The program serves a constituency through training services and technical assistance/consultation intended to improve the infrastructure supporting programs serving people with disabilities.
