Pitts Planning &amp; Development LLC, a\u00a0community planning and real estate development company located in the City of Buffalo\u00a0NY. As a professional urban planner he has extensive experience and success in\u00a0completing a broad range of public and private projects. These projects involve;\u00a0revitalizing central city neighborhoods, redeveloping abandoned and obsolete public\u00a0housing, cultural and historic preservation, brownfield remediation, downtown and\u00a0waterfront planning and clean economic development.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Research<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mr. Pitts\u2019 work includes research in the areas of; affordable housing, place based and sustainable community development, brownfield revitalization, ecological and green\u00a0design, clean business growth and workforce development.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>B.A. (Urban Affairs) State University of New York at Buffalo<\/p>\n<p>M.U.P. (Urban and Regional Planning) State University of New York at Buffalo<\/p>\n<p><strong>Public Service<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mr. Pitts is currently the President of the Buffalo Green Gold Development Corp. and is\u00a0the Vice Chairman for the Buffalo Urban League.
